And now I’m here to make it easier and faster for you, showing you simple yoga practices that work in 10 minutes a day.

Elisa is a wonderful yoga teacher. She explains and clearly demonstrates. She is also great with offering modifications of poses. She also offers many suggestions for props to use in her classes, if you don’t have specific yoga props is ok, she shows you how to work with what you have.
I did not think that the virtual classes would be almost as great as the previous ones in the same room. And almost half a year later of virtual classes, I still look forward to them and always wonder: How can she see my ribs are not right on the laptop screen?
