I’m a certified Iyengar yoga istructor and I help busy women achieve the freedom they want.
Whether you want to say goodbye to aches and pains, ditch the stress or move away from self-doubt, I’ll help you do that. No matter your age, physical condition, time restrictions.
The best part?
You don’t have to be flexible or young to do it. Because yoga is not a trendy workout for bendy people. Yoga is a way of self-mastery that gives you the tools to live a good life.

In the past 14 years as a yoga practitioner and instructor…

Iyengar yoga has given me the tools to:

I know being a woman, a daughter, a mother, a spouse it’s hard.

14 years of practising and teaching yoga taught me that you are not made to feel stressed all the time, run on empty or live by someone else’s dream.
Instead you deserve to release the conditionings that prevent you from connecting with your true self, trust your body and find calm and clarity to make your life meaningful.

1. Accessibility
Yoga is for everybody and every body. In this space your physical abilities, age, level of expertise, schedule are not a limitation. I’ll show you a way to work with your body as it is right now. The specific yoga props I use to help you do that can be easily purchased or replaced with household items.
Short and mighty physical practices, breath work and meditation classes that you can easily fit in your daily schedule, 10 minutes a day. And if/when you are ready for more, I have you covered with deeper experiences.
2. Authenticity
Here you will find the authentic practice of Iyengar yoga based on the work of guruji B.K.S. Iyengar, universally acknowledged as the world’s foremost yoga master. This means a powerful framework rooted in the essence and purpose of the ancient wisdom of yoga, backed my science.
Forget the yoga workout you tried at the gym, the fancy clothing or the quick fix promises. Here you will experience a frill-free practice that goes deep into inner transformation and spiritual growth, bringing you long-term physical, mental and spiritual benefits you can’t even imagine right now.

That’s why I created this space where you will find a yoga practice specifically tailored to today’s busy women needs: one that honours the physiological, mental and spiritual changes you go through in life and gives you the tools to balance your body and mind with short, supercharged practices you can easily do daily.
I support you with adaptations and modifications for the most common physical problems women can experience.
