I, Elisa, get how hard it can be. In 2011 I was also where you likely are now, balancing a corporate job and my personal life, but struggling with lots of health issues, chronic stress and feeling unsatisfied and unhappy. Until one day that all changed. The day when I started my yoga journey – and on the side of establishing a dedicated yoga self-practice, I also started studying the science and art of teaching yoga to others and through that, discovered the keys to health, happiness and harmony (which I am now here to pass onto YOU!).
And since discovering this?
My physical and mental health began improving dramatically.
I found a sense of coming back home to a natural state of inner peace which I had never experienced before.
I built a self-help tool which supports me through my daily hectic schedule and at any crossroad in life.
And the best part? This framework not only brought me a newfound state of physical and mental well-being and harmony, but it also taught me how to establish a kind and compassionate relation with the world around me, plus it never gets old or done. Elisa is a wonderful yoga teacher. She explains and clearly demonstrates. She is also great with offering modifications of poses. She also offers many suggestions for props to use in her classes, if you don’t have specific yoga props is ok, she shows you how to work with what you have.
I did not think that the virtual classes would be almost as great as the previous ones in the same room. And almost half a year later of virtual classes, I still look forward to them and always wonder: How can she see my ribs are not right on the laptop screen?
